Met T&S, part of the Maire Tecnimont group, provides superior procurement, commissioning, management and maintenance services to the oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors worldwide and required a complete high-end refurbishment of their offices in Mayfair, London. The brief for this project was to create a new UK base for a new business team, along with a London base for the Chairman to use when travelling to meet investors and partners.

Working closely with the interior design and build company, 2Teck designed and installed a complete solution including all power, lighting, air-conditioning and data services. To remain in keeping with the overall specification, electrical and data outlets were secreted within new integrated floor boxes and the Mitsubishi air conditioning units were installed unobtrusively with all pipework and services totally hidden from view. A new ventilation and sensor lighting system was installed into the WC areas enhancing the environment. Energy efficient LED spot and strip lighting was installed throughout providing excellent illumination as well an elegant finish. The project was completed within five weeks and the end result is a beautiful workspace for employees and visitors.
