Northington Barns – M&E Design and Build Solution

Budget: 100k - £250k

Working closely with main contractor Ascia and the client, 2Teck Electrical and Plumbing & Heating were tasked with providing a full design and build solution for a renovation at Northington Road Barns, Itchen Abbas. Using the existing footprint and original beams the Barns have been converted into 2 domestic dwellings consisting of a 5 bedroom and a 2 bedroom property.
