Consumables Solutions, a supply chain technology company, are based in 1000 Lakeside, a multi-tenant office building located near to Portsmouth, Hampshire. It is a frequent occurrence that companies relocate within the building and hence their service requirements change to fit with their new office.

Most recently, Consumables Solutions have moved to a first floor office and as a result urgently required additional electrical sockets, network and audio visual cabling changes to ensure business continuity.

A number of additional power sockets and Cat6 network outlets were installed with all cabling hidden in newly installed containment. The existing audio visual cabling in the main meeting room was completely hidden by rerouting it through the cavity wall and presenting via a neat “brush” socket to the display equipment. A simple change that created a much more professional image of the meeting room for users and visitors.

A 2Teck manager was on site the same day as the initial enquiry and our quote for the work was with the customer within one hour of the survey. The entire project was completed out of hours and signed off within 48 hours.
