Spectrum Workplace Phase 1 Air Conditioning

2Teck Air Conditioning were delighted to have been approached by our clients, Spectrum Workplace to develop a design and installation of all air conditioning and ventilation services at 1550 Parkway.

After carrying out a complete de-commission and strip out of all existing services within this 3 storey office block building, we were left with a completely blank canvas in which to carryout the design process. Given the brief of achieving a comfortable working environment whilst maintaining a sleek and modern finish, 2Teck Air Conditioning got to work on their design. With Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery VRF throughout, as well as Mitsubishi Electric Heat Recovery Ventilation, all cleverly delivered via ceiling concealed ducted fan coils distributed via linear diffusers and swirl diffusers to give a more even air distribution, whilst complementing the lighting and ceiling designs, as well as the compact 600 x 600 cassettes within rooms that have the more conventional layin grid system. All of these systems have then been designed to be controlled via a centralised controller.
