2Teck’s Plumbing and Heating division were tasked with the installation of the new cold and hot water services and above ground drainage within this project. This consisted of 2 new unisex toilet areas, a disabled toilet which was complete with a shower cubicle and a break out area with a kitchen sink. The hot water services have been provided via a direct unvented hot water cylinder installed within the services cupboard on the ground floor.
