2Teck’s Electrical Division installed new LED lighting throughout the individual office spaces and through the communal corridors which were all controlled via flush mounted occupancy sensors, inclusive of the emergency lighting throughout.
Each individual office had a dedicated comms cabinet installed which required a dedicated electrical supply and air conditioning supplies which were all wired through the grid ceilings through the communal corridors on a new basket system which avoided the disruption to the office spaces during the normal working day when required to be worked on.
A new 63a electrak busbar system was installed in the suspended flooring throughout all the office spaces, with 3 compartment floor boxes plugged in to the busbar and fused down consisting of RCD sockets within the floor box.
