Pure Offices – Air Conditioning

2Teck Air Conditioning were assigned to produce a cooling solution, whilst utilising the existing ventilation system for fresh air needs at Pure Offices in Port Solent, Portsmouth. These works saw a large open plan office area converted into 28 smaller rentable spaces, therefore individual control of different demises had to be given great consideration.

The solution 2Teck Air Conditioning came up with was a Daikin Heat Recovery VRV system, utilising 600 x 600 ceiling cassettes throughout, all with individual room controllers as well as being connected to a landlords centralised controller for energy usage monitoring. This enabled the landlord to individually bill the tenants based on energy consumed.
