2Teck’s Air Conditioning Division were given the task of providing comfort cooling & ventilation services to both office & lab areas including the demised clean room area.

Our Air Conditioning division supplied & installed new containment throughout using galvanised cable tray providing a clean and tidy route for all pipework, drainage and cabling services. We installed various Daikin single & twin split systems utilising wall mounted and ceiling cassette units to ensure all systems suited the application in which they were to be installed. Comfort cooling was provided to the open planned office area, meeting room, breakout area, cellular offices as well as providing temperature control for several cell labs including a dark room.

All systems were supplied and fitted with Daikin Madoka controllers to provide a new style look including giving the client bluetooth connectivity via the Madoka app.
2Teck’s Air Conditioning division also supplied and installed comfort cooling to the write up area and corridors within the clean room demised area. Floor standing units were selected for the corridor application due the narrow corridors and the floor standing units providing a vast amount of airflow.

We repositioned and recommissioned some existing systems left by the previous tenant. All systems were validated prior to any works commencing to ensure they were fit for purpose for our client. This provided a cost saving for our client being able to utilise existing systems. Also mentioning the existing systems running on the latest refrigerant providing the most efficient comfort cooling/heating.

We installed a HRVU unit within the clean room demised area to ensure a constant fresh air supply was being provided to the space where several of our clients employees were working for most of the day. 2Teck also carried out ductwork modifications to the landlords ventilation system to suit the new office area layout. All ductwork services and containment was adapted to ensure a fresh air supply was present to all areas. The landlords system was re balanced locally ensuring the correct airflows were present at all internal grilles.
Local extraction inline fans were supplied and installed to new breakout areas both with the clean room demised area and the office space.

2Teck’s Air Conditioning division also provided inline supply and extraction fans to all cell labs to ensure the correct ACPH are achieved. All fans were discharged via a bespoke roof turret with divider plates present to ensure the fresh air supply and exhaust air was kept separate. 2Teck are Daikin D1+ partners which enables 2Teck to provided our clients with a 7 years manufactures warranty based on satisfactory service and maintenance.
