The Plumbing & Heating division were appointed to provide domestic water services and sanitary appliances for the demo labs, clean room and office areas at Scienion.
New insulated copper water services were installed, including an unvented hot water system located in the basement that supplies hot water for the lab sinks, hand wash basins, dishwashers and kitchenettes. To avoid the need for hot works and to ensure a clean installation we included Geberit Mapress crimp fittings in our installation. We provided new Ideal Standard basins and Bristan taps in the demo labs to provide hand washing facilities.
We also supplied above ground drainage services to take away all waste water from the sinks, basins and the clean room.
